Queens Vipers Baseball – About Us / History

The Queens Vipers Baseball Program was built on dedication, development, and community. What started as a small group of local athletes has grown into a multi-team organization focused on teaching the game the right way — with discipline, grit, and pride. Over the years, the Vipers have become a respected name across Queens and beyond, known for hard-working athletes, committed coaches, and a culture that feels like family.

We proudly compete throughout Queens, Nassau County, Suffolk County, and travel to multiple states for tournaments and showcases, giving our players exposure and experiences that help them grow on and off the field.

Our Mission

Our mission is to develop confident, fundamentally sound baseball players through high-level instruction, structure, and accountability. We pride ourselves on building hard-working, aggressive, team-first athletes who play the game the right way.

While we push our players to compete and work at a high standard, we also believe in the importance of enjoying the game. Baseball should be challenging — but it should also be something they love showing up for every day. We create an environment where effort and discipline come first, and where players can enjoy the process, celebrate the small wins, and build lifelong memories with their teammates.

Community Impact

Giving back is at the heart of what we do.

Each year, the Vipers host a Little Bay Park community clean-up, bringing players, families, and coaches together to support the neighborhood we call home.

Beyond community service, we also focus on youth development within the community — offering clinics, mentorship opportunities, and accessible entry points for young athletes who want to learn the game. Our goal is to not only produce better ballplayers, but better people who take pride in representing Queens.
